Automatic Tracking Head Filling and Capping Machines

Auto Tracking Technology allows the bottles to continue moving during the filling and capping process.

They are better for some lines than standard fillers that fill or cap by stopping and starting

  • There is no

    • stop and start, so no stop servo or locating bars and holders to adjust

    • no need to manually adjust the height of the filling nozzles or cap tightener wheels/claws.

    • manually connecting filling lances to flush pipes for CIP as servos will move them to a waste pipe to flush then back to the correct location ready for the next product.

  • There is

    • More efficient use of production equipment and staff. The continuous movement and spacing of bottles makes for better flow and usage of the cap tightener and other down stream equipment and operations staff.

    • Less Sensors and less complicated wiring.

    • Faster tool less change overs at the push of a button. Setup is done by servo motors with up to 60 pre-saved setups, so minimal operator time and likely hood of mistakes between product change overs


Filling (approx 4 head 2L fill 60/min)

  • Faster Filling: typically continuous filling is 2-3 times faster for the same size foot print. Bottom filling and slow-fast-slow for foaming products, or top fill.

  • Faster Product Change Overs: Controlled by servo motors, reducing the changeover times to a matter of minutes.

  • Zirconium-Ceramic lined piston and three-way valves for long life span, ball-screws protected against product splashing to avoid corrosion

  • Simpler Control Systems: controlled using a motion controller gives a fast response.

  • Fully servo controlled axis position for fast setup from memory.

  • Wide Filling Volume Range: gives a wider range of filling ie100ml - 1L. (other sizes by request)

  • Ultrasonic level sensor to detect when the bottle is full. No overfilling.

  • Clean in Place Function. The filling nozzles can be automatically be moved via the HMI and servo motors to a drain manifold inside the machine and product flushed through in preparation for the next production run.

  • Less complicated wiring. It only requires one product sensor.


Cap Tightening

Automatic Tracking Technology
